Warranty and Refunds
We do not offer any warranty unless clearly specified with the product(s). Warranties given by the vendor can only be claimed with the vendor. Gift-Galleria.com will not entertain any kind of warranty as we don’t manufacture any product(s).
Gift-Galleria team makes sure that high quality and non-defective products are dispatched to the clients. Refund can only be given for the damaged or faulty product if the QA team of Gift-Galleria.com approves the refund claim and client (s) has to bear the expenses of product delivery back and forth to the client. We don’t take responsibility of any damage done during the delivery and by agreeing to these terms, client agree to it that damage during delivery will be at the sole discretion of the client.
Applicable Laws
Legal proceedings of any kind can only be done in the courts of Lahore and the related areas.
